Kosheh is a regular mod.
His powers only work in the spamhaul and he can't ban.

like I said, you're just a regular mod

there are regular mods (who can only lock, etc on certain forums. In your case, spamhaul)
and then there are super mods (everyone else, who all are basically admins except they can't change board features)
