I know that blueyosh started extracting Yoshi's Story. But he didn't do that yet and I haven't seen something from him for a while.

I think it does, but I'm pretty sure that just the game rotating the texture rather than it actually changing.

Edit: Okay, nevermind. I just checked in Project 64 and it doesn't even move. I guess that it only actually moves in the cutscenes in between the chapters.
