My first try.
The ranger school:

I've made two icons for it. I don't know which one is better. :/
...but i suppose it's the right one.

excellent, but you did it wrong.
open up no$gba
go to the emulation options and change the GBA-NDS mode to "VGA (poppy bright)"
then take a screenshot and change the colors in photoshop.
yeah, nocash likes to add a blue tint to the screen to simulate/soften the DS colors and not present them in their entirety.

Oh damn it. >_<
Thank you very much! I will correct it.
Edit:
I've corrected the thing with the colour.

Excellent!
Now it's awesome.
Yeah, most people leave that setting on with nocash and rips end up being bluish. What that blue tint is actually is an attempt to simulate the backlighting within the DS lite. See, the DS uses a silly algorithm to brighten the screen and nocash attempts to...for some reason, emulate it. It's nice for when you're playing games as the image is soft on the eyes, but kinda takes away from the image when it comes to ripping.
I'm personally trying to figure out what's done to the image myself, so in the future it'll be as simple as running it through a program and converting the colors up certain hexidecimal values to give it that rich look. :E

I didn't think anything of it. o__o
And all these years I thought those colours which can be seen on the normal Nintendo DS are the "correct" colours and the colours which can be seen on
Nintendo DS Lite are brighter just because of the intensive light.

But as you said it's nice for playing, 'cause it's more pleasant for the eyes.
