I know Wario never had this, but why not give his overalls some designs? To fit with Mario and Luigi?

I agree, plain overalls seems, like boring, even Waluigi has the design, at least I believe so.

Honeslty, Wario's pants in Brawl looked more like rubber overalls than actual fabric, so I think it's fine as is personally.

As much as I personally would want to include details on his overalls, Chaoxys is right. They are supposed to look plain and stretchy-ish.
