BlazBlue Central Fiction Voice Modding?

It's been a while since I posted, but I am looking for the methods used for extracting and compressing .pac and .xwb (.wma/.pcm) audio files for the PC version of BlazBlue Central Fiction.

I've been successful in changing music audio so far, but voice audio seems to be a whole different beast.

If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it.

Hi, it' been far too long honesly, have you find a way? I'm kinda need help on these .pac file of my own now.
