all around resource viewer without data extensions

[teeobi]

Is there unique resource viewer that is data extension independent?

Kinda like http://nn.ai4rei.net/dev/npclist/?qq=8
http://ro-character-simulator.ratemyserver.net/

But unique to each game? And maybe not online...
Like artbooks

I know FFX has one and FF dissidia uses NOESIS

but they are rather complex and bound to vertex and bytes..
I wish there's an easier format like maybe FF dissidia gallery format, where viewing is simpler and more cinematic
than electronical...

Tho sure it'll be full of spoiler, but definitely very neat...

No there isn't, because extension doesn't matter when extracting games.

Ah sorry but what do you mean by extracting games?

[Pingus!]

Extracting games, as in reverse engineering their formats into more proprietary ones that we are able to use.
