Hi, I am trying to extract all sprites from Sonic bts.

Hi Tailsmonster12! While I'm not specifically sure on how to rip from Sonic BTS, I do know of a program that extracts some assets from EXE files and thought you might find it useful: https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/resources_extract.html
