Same as title. Although I haven't played it, the menis and the UI design in general of Persona 5 is definitely something you have never seen before in the whole of gaming history. Aside from that, the menu for Final Fantasy X-2 is also memorable.

Oh yes! The Smash Bros. games also have rather memorable menus. What else would you expect from Sakurai?

Oh, the danganronpa Ultra Despair Girls one is also cool, expecially the title screen.
It has a lot of style
It looks like a bunch of photos and scribbles on a table, and the main character moves it.

I'm actually gonna call you out here but the menus aren't actually designed by Sakurai. All the menus of games that Sora Ltd. works on are done by his wife, Michiko. Just a little
extra spicy DYKG fact that
even DYKG doesn't know
also they all look kinda samey to me lol

Edit Reason: Replaced it with the one I wanted.

But yeah, this menu is pretty classic for me. Just the ambiance from the Valve logo coming before this really sets up the mood. While this menu hasn't aged as well as others (it's pretty much locked at 640x480, and feels sorta clunky to use nowadays, which is why the Steam version of the game replaced it with a modernized menu), but it still gives me chills looking at it.

the bemani imho always have awesome menus (because 90% of the sprites are hud)
if i have to pick a favorite one is the iidx 16 one. Maybe a little on the girly side for the j-core ost, the pink background and the butterfly, but i love it soooo much

Yeah, strangely enough I agree with this. It's simple but the icons really pop, and not only is the music great, but I even love the sound effect when you choose one. The whole presentation just gets you jazzed up and ready to roll.
Even more strangely I found the menu screens and interface of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U to be lacking and counter-intuitive. Weird.
