Technically speaking, it's Minish Ezlo, not Human Ezlo.
Otherwise, this is a good sheet.

But I called it human because, it has the size of one. And because it's not transformed into a hat. You can also see that in the botton there's a little green spot. That's Ezlo in minish size. :

Well actually he's never a human. That's just how link would see him if he turned minish. So he is minish =P
