oi!

hi! You must be new here, first of all welcome to tVGR. I'm assuming you speak portuguese, after all only portuguese and spanish uses that term (the correct in english is 'translate'). I'll make sure you'll have a nice stay in this forum, and learn things about pixelart too.
Using a simple style to easen animation is a common strategy when making pixelart, however your style is bad and shading could be better, even with a low detailing.
Pillowshading is when you shade all sides of the sprite, with the lighter color inside. You shouldn't do that, after all light should always come from one side and the shadow must remain on the other side.

See that Bomberman's antenna and shoes are pillowshaded, and the lines are too irregular. They become worse the more poses you make, and this one is the worstone:

Because the lines fuse all over Bomberman's chin, and it looks like he has a beard. Pixelart is an art where you can understand the character's pose and action even in a pixel-level detailing, and thus it would be better if you tried to redo the sprite again, this time with more focus on the lines and shading. Remember: quality > quantity.
