Sorry for spamming up the thread with these two hoodlums but I was doing more practise in SAI when I came across an older drawing, so I wanted to put the two together;

Who are these guys/where are they from? Are they OCs?

The big guy is called Spencer and the little guy is called Marks. They are OCs from a story concept I've been playing with called Ghost Gumshoes.

Working on proportion a little bit.

First time drawing completely from the ground up in SAI. I still don't know how colouring properly works so I'm a bit dissatisfied with this but there's always the next drawing.
