Do you have any references?
The light source is pretty inconsistent, and there are unnecessary shades of colour. I'm glad this isn't pillowshaded though Smile
The black outline can go, and you could make the colours a bit less dull.

I'm just beginning to do these kind of sprites and I'm still editing it some more so it isn't shaded and colored right but thanks for the advice.
