Hi everyone,
I'm currently trying to figure out how to extract the animations from the game Bleach Rebirth of Souls.
The game files seem to use .tactpkg packages that contain models and animations, but so far I haven’t been able to find any proper way or tool to extract the animation data (only the models are partially accessible).
I’ve already tried tools like Noesis and looking around for plugins, but I haven’t found anything that works for these files.
Would anyone here know:
My goal is to convert the animations into a usable format (FBX or similar) so I can study them and use them for personal modding projects.
Any help, tips, or even pointers to documentation would be hugely appreciated!
Thanks in advance.

Would anyone here know:
- If there is a specific tool, script, or workflow for unpacking/converting these .tactpkg
files?
- Or if anyone has experience reverse-engineering this file format and could guide me a bit?
