Need some help with extracting Hot Wheels WBD audio.

So, the audio files use WAVEBATCH (which my limited researches seems to indicate that is a WAV file) but it won't open. Not even Audacity recognizes it as a supported file. What do i do?

Here's the token collect sound.

Had to use a compressed folder as i can't upload the audio file directly.
