Need Help Ripping Models From Scooby Doo! & Looney Tunes Cartoon Universe: Adventure

I downloaded the files for the Windows version, and I can't seem to figure out how to crack open the EXE or whatever else in order to get the models inside. I've always wanted to get the main character creator files, cause it'd be fun to make your own 3D Looney Tunes character. Can anybody help me with this?
