sometimes, webgl ripping is easy, you have to just press the f12 key, go to networks and find the model, but for unity games you have to just wait for the data to load or just download it right away then download the data and extract it in assetstudio, and .lm files are very impossible to rip due to the format not being compactible with assetstudio
plus the boat model is textureless due to the textures not being assigned to the model
