How do I UNLOCK modded SGC files from Richard Burns Rally?

I'm not tryin to hurt the community, I'm just looking a way to crack this locked file. It's the SGC file from Richard Burns Rally. 

I can import stock car models into Zmodeler 2, but when I try to import mods it says
This file is locked and can not be imported
How do I unlock it?
I am NOT trying to steal someone's hard work model. I'm just wondering how to unlock it.

You can open the Richards Burns Rally *.sgc files using the following programs:

- 3D Object Converter v7.044 (Windows)
- i3DConverter v3.903 (macOS)
- i3DConverter v1.903 (Linux)

How to get the 3D Object Converter v7.044:
Download the 3D Object Converter from http://3doc.i3dconverter.com and install it or download and use the portable version.
After it just use the Help/Check for updates... function to get the v7.044.

How to get the i3DConverter macOS v3.903:
Download the i3DConverter from http://www.i3dconverter.com and install it.
After it just use the Help/Check for updates... function to get the v3.903.

How to get the i3DConverter Linux v1.903:
Download the i3DConverter from http://www.i3dconverter.com and install it.
After it just use the Help/Check for updates... function to get the v1.903.

bought it, but when I export the car the parts are not separate, how do I fix it?
