Super Mario Maker styled Fawful sprite

This is a WIP as I plan to make him in all the poses that the costumes in SMM make. But here is his idle frame:



Feel free to tell me what could be improved. This is my first real attempt at any specific style (and one of my first attempts at pixel spriting in general) and I based it off Fawful's most current appearance (M&L: Bowser's Inside Story)

Made his running animation. It's bigger so you can see it better now.



EDIT: Since the running sprites in SMM are three frames I added a frame.

I haven't really played the game all too much myself (not a Wii-U owner), but this looks nice.
