idk, but i'm pretty sure i signed a contract written in Satan's Blood once and that was life threatening

I don't know about your hot sauce predicament, man. I had some ghost pepper hot sauce before and it burned reaaaaal bad. I'd say you're going to be ok, they wouldn't ship a product that could potentially kill you from intended use.
