I managed to rip 'some' textures from GTA V, and by 'some' I mostly mean Trevor's default appearance:

I used a WIP tool called LibertyV. Unfortunately, since it is still WIP, it can't do everything so getting character textures was difficult as the tool can extract textures, but some textures are in a different format than others. Got some Franklin done.
