Well, in the screen where the model is displayed, click the checkered button and that should turn on textures. Also, to make it work, you're going to need to click another button to ensure that you aren't looking at the model's wireframe.

Okay randomly asking question after spriting. So I manage to get the model so I'm not looking at the wireframe but I still don't know how to add the texture.
