Here are rules for my project:
Rules
1. The custom sprites must have:
a green skin
Cackletta or Fawful eyes
Claw or hands
Must have overworld sprites or battle sprites
2. they must have credits for you
3.I'm busy too with the project.

Make for you and me cackletta and fawful custom sprites for my future site.

2. You didn't specify a style, other than "Fawful and Cackaletta".
III. Your English doesn't seem to be very good. That sometimes makes it difficult for communication with projects like these.

This looks way more like a request not a project, because you're p much just asking for people to make sprites (Note you didn't specify a style), and as TG said above me, it also seems like you're posting an ad for a website which currently doesn't exist. When you get a sprite sheet up it will be maybe more like a project, but still. :/
