I've already searched if there are other threads on this, and I coudln't find any, so I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on this one?

I've been trying to get the sound effects from Pirate's Curse for the longest time, but I know next to nothing about ripping assets. A few months ago, @nichijouforever on Twitter managed to extract the game files for me, and all the audio files are there, as expected, however they're all in a .wave format. Not .wav, .wave, for both music and sound effects, and it can't be opened normally.

It's possible to open all the music in Audacity, and then convert them to another format. But this doesn't work for the sound effets, which is really puzzling to me. It's possible to import them as raw data, but they sound garbled. Messing with the import settings can sometimes get them closer to what they're supposed to sound like, but the quality is awful.

I've tried all I could think of to convert these files to an usable audio format, from simply renaming the extension, installing ffmpeg, and using all kinds of audio converters, but no matter the program, it always displays some kind of message saying that the file type is either invalid or not recognized.

The files, which are from the PC version, can be found here: https://mega.nz/file/FsMDiCab#tZTZCI5X4-...KNcWURtfTA
There are sound effects all over the folders, but for a quick example, go to ShantaePC_Extracted\ANIM\BossDoor\gate - there are 3 sound effects there.
If anyone knows what to do with these .wave files, please let me know.

This version allows to mod images from EA Games that were impossible to mod earlier by using other tools.
Full list of supported games is available in the readme file.

I've also added a modding tutorial to show how easy it is now to replace graphics
I created some in Python, C# or whatever programming language i can use lol.
This only supports the Japanese version, as the EUR/US version has multiple language texts and slightly different structures, so yeah. i preferred the Japanese ones to be used here since the PSP version for God Eater 2 and the compatibility list here has the same archive structures, but different compression formats and file types.

So, I could some help, here... I'm datamining this game and the files are named numerically (001.zrc, 002.zrc, 003.zrc and so on), which makes it a little difficult. What I'm going after are the files for the chapters dialogue, and strangely enough, I couldn't find them. They're not in any of the folders found inside the ROMFS and while there are 2 MSBT files (These store text) inside 0.arc (found at the root of the ROMFS), they don't have the chapter dialogues.

I'm technically in a dead end here, so I could use an answer on which file(s) have these dialogues. That would be appreciated.
