Hello everyone,

A few weeks ago I got interest in using Blender to recreate my Splatoon 3 inkling, I followed this tutorial for it: https://youtu.be/aK9sBOQxE_4?si=U7tgbl1V6bq70AxZ
I've tried following every step as securely as possible but i'm currently struggling with two things that I can't seem to fix, I also don't know much about Blender since I just got into it.
The hair of my inkling seems to be in an ugly green looking color even tho I used Splatoon's yellow hex code for it.
My second problem are the eyes, I can't get them to look right. They just roll all over the place.

Any help is appreciated!

Hello all,
I recently started a major project, and while to many it would seem very naive I know it is worth fighting for. But not why we are here, I recently got Crocotile a tileset 3D maker. While I can sprite and do tiles to build in my creations, I also wish to give those basic models refinement and for some 3D printable detail with displacement maps.

But I have never learned how to do textures, well I like to be thorough and learn from the N64-PSX era on up to now if I can. Does anyone know where I can find PDFs or the like on creating textures from scratch that are more advanced than Chrono Trigger's art (I know it isn't texture just a example of my gap) to Mario 64?

Taking note from the Mario Wonder coin that came out. What is the general rule set for re-creating a custom model that isnt ripped from the game?
Im asking cause I am working on remaking the kirby- planet robobot mech and I just wanted the go ahead in case it is good enough to be placed here..

It makes no sense how it would be rejected in the "Minecraft customs" in the custom/edited section of the models resource.
