Help needed with BBTAG .MUA file extension?

Ressurecting this. I began to extract assets from BB Calamity Trigger and came across .MUA files.
I decided to post some important links:

Noesis is a tool for previewing and converting between hundreds of model, image, and animation formats.
It doesn't natively open .MUA files, so you're gonna need this other thing:

Noesis plugin for arcsys blazblue MUA model file.
With both these things, you can open .MUA these files in Noesis and export them to any format.
