You can't. It can only export models as a DAE file or a BFMDL file. If you want an FBX file, then you'll have to export it as an FBX file in something like Blender or Noesis.

EDIT: Just seen your edit. Sorry about that, I don't rip animations so I didn't know if they would work or not. Blank
