I'd love for 2 assets to be ripped from Metroid Dread.

I play gmod about daily so its not issue. It's actually pretty easy to rip stuff from gmod, it comes with a GMA (mod file) extractor in the files and to get models and textures you just need 2 handy tools called VTFEditor (is able to open and export valve texture files) and Crowbar (can decompile and compile models).
