How to extract voice and music files from Unity games.

Does anyone know how to extract voice and music files from Unity games like Oddworld Soulstorm, Battletoads 2020, I think Sunset Overdrive and Freedom Finger especially stuff from the Streaming Assests folder? I would appreciate a link to any required programs and anything with instrustions for how to do it..
