For Models, you'll need at least one OBJ file, or one DAE file. You can have an FBX file, but you have to have at least an OBJ or a DAE. To make a small and big thumbnail for each model, you can use Blender.
For Textures, it's similar to submitting sprites, so I don't really need to go over that.
For Sounds, you don't need a thumbnail (except for the game's thumbnail), but you'll have to organize your sound rips.
