Vector to mesh help?

I'm making my first custom model, but now I've already ran into a problem. I can't figure out how to turn this: http://i.imgur.com/s4VRnnp.png
into a blob-ish curved mesh somehow. I almost forgot to mention I'm doing this in blender. |
