I used 3D ripper DX to rip those models... just to get the model of godzilla itself. 
so, as Mystie said... screencapping is good for that... Gamecube games are a more complex to rip models directly than on Nintendo Wii, where our researches improved a lot since the discovery of MDL0 meshes (Brres files and similar) as well as screencap methods.
