Honestly, I think we should have a system like - a different-color icon border with an "NSFW" warning in its title, that's the same color among all the sister sites (i.e. a black game title with a
icon) would probably be even more effective though as it would stand out from all the other games on a page
and maybe even a placeholder graphic too that requires a mouseover to see the actual one, i.e. "NSFW, mouseover to see sample", so I'd have to actually put effort into looking what makes it so blood or porn
