Okay,
1) NDS music in SSEQ format can be converted to 2SF with VGMToolbox, and then converted to WAV etc. with WinAmp and a 2SF codec.
2) There's no known way of ripping Wario World's sound effects (the pool, proj, samp, sdir files) via the files. If you have the PAL version, you could go to the debug menu and record them from there. The background music (the RSC files) can be converted to WAV using vgmstream.
