This ain't the thread to be asking that just so you know, but I'll try to answer that. 3d Via Printscreen has a feature that allows it to dump models in Tpose from certain games. A lot of times though models are dumped either directly from their source files or reposed from an animated pose in order to get a bind pose.

Here I believe they used 3D Via IIRC.
