this isn't exactly a Charmander, but it conveys what I mean better

see how the arms doesn't go back and forth like your animation. It only relies on its legs to walk (the equilibrium necessary for the walk aren't on the arms, but rather on its tail). This means you'll need to go for a more specific walk animation.

By just moving the lower limbs, your body will be launched left and right constantly, so be sure to redraw all frames.
