But giving an actual help, all you need to do is to get the link (the part that starts with http:// and ends with .png) and encase it in an image tag.

In this case, your link is this one: http://i55.tinypic.com/mueps1.png

so just insert it inside the image tag, like this:

Now, for the sprite. It is a simple edit of Yoshi with a Rex head. Don't do edits, unless they are extremely well done and the original graphics don't resemble the edited one too blatantly (this is not the case)

Also take care of your blank space. There's way too much here. Before posting a sheet here, be sure to crop all the unecessary space so it'll load faster on the forums.
