Judging by how fluid the animation for Xeristar's icon is, I think you should improve the just-a-creep one by making his clothing move with the wind as you did with Xeristar's. In his icon, only the end of his scarf moves, while in Xeristar's, every piece of her clothing is winding and dancing.
