I know the answer, senjen: Octus, Illana and Lance are all from Sym-Boinic Titan. That show recently aired on Toonami (on Adult Swim).

It's kinda funny how Samurai Jack and Professor Utonium look like the same exact person, but just act differently and are on different shows. Maybe Professor Utonium gets bored at home and turns into Samurai Jack when the girls go off to save the day.
Anyways, nice job even though I never played the game.
