RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - -Ash- - 11-07-2014 Since i've been doing nothing but my RPG side project, I decided to try something else for a little while, don't want to get bored of it and then throw it into the trash like i usually do with things. So have a mega man sprite, it only has 1 more color than the classic sprite, might do more sprites in this kind of way as I do enjoy spriting with limitations.
RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - The KKM - 11-07-2014 not sure using the boots' blue as shading for the body works- contrast's too high. might be cleaner to just leave it unshaded. RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - Alexsani - 11-07-2014 To be honest, I completely disagree. It does make it look more like the shading is actually some sort of uniform design, but I really do think it looks good. RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - -Ash- - 11-07-2014 I see, Well I honestly don't know which to do then. To me the contrast isn't that large on Rock. But anyways, got some stuff I did quickly, sleeping beast, dragon thing, and a revamped Wrath meant to be in the same style as Rock, though obvious failure will update it when I get the chance.
RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - DragonDePlatino - 11-10-2014 Man, I'm loving this newer stuff! I love that sharp look you get when you don't completely outline the stripe on Mega Man's head. Wrath is also looking excellent. I'm particularly fond of the anti-aliasing on his hair and your color choices are great. That actually makes me happy to hear people say these kinds of things, specially since its been happening a lot more recently. Makes the 2 years of spriting feel even more worth it. Anyways, since I'm lazy, got this WIP sprite I just started of a wolf/werewolf. Main inspirations are Tiger from Monster Rancher, Ifrit from Final Fantasy X and Sabrewulf from Killer Instinct.
RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - -Ash- - 11-17-2014 ![]() RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - -Ash- - 11-19-2014 I love the smell of a kicked ass in the morning.
RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - Paladin - 11-19-2014 These are fantastic, but I feel like you could probably lower the contrast on the blue clothes. It's a bit harsh now, especially compared to the reds. RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - Kelvin - 11-21-2014 A Team Fortress strategy game would be so cool. Why do I see it working like Advance Wars? RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - -Ash- - 11-30-2014 Haven't done much since my birthday was recent and I finally got to play smash 4 because of it. So got sidetracked. Anyways here have a cute little robot thing reimagined off of one of my pals works.EDIT: Luigi with boobs.
RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - -Ash- - 12-15-2014 "Hey there, Paisanos! It's The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!"
RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - SageHarpuiaJDJ - 12-16-2014 I fucking love you Ash. RE: Ash's Alchemy Lab - -Ash- - 01-03-2015 Thumb Drive I don't have a place where something like this would go, so I shall put it here.
