RE: Thousand Arms (PS1) Sprite Submissions - Barack Obama - 07-06-2025 Btw I also wouldn't recommend to convert the sheets to a lower colour depth, since this can screw up the colours like: https://www.reddit.com/r/aseprite/comments/gswvo6/inconsistent_indexed_color_conversions/ This happened to me when I reduced the colour depth from 16 Mio. to 256 colours to erase a background colour from an indexed palette. It was the Fiery Den in Trials of Mana (SNES), but suddenly the conversion went wrong and I was left with a different shade of red, something that I've never noticed before. If you have problems with getting rid of background colours / transparency, I can recommend this neat little tool: SheetMaker + manual https://mega.nz/#!FJpwTbwC!Vtxgg13BSYSqzt89r5Y01RFOAp-ruUUjJVerJPX0ZjA Doesn't need installation, but requires Java to function. Quick guide - Create a subfolder in a folder, throw your pics inside the subfolder and drag it into the tool. - Every subfolder creates a new row on the sheet. - Sheet appears in the same directory as the tool. How it looks ![]() In this case, the folder is FF VI Tilesets while the subfolders inside the folder are called 01, 02, 03, etc. You can determine the space between the frames with X Pad (horizontal space) and Y Pad (vertical space). Fill Background / Fill Frames can get rid of background colours and transparency for you. RE: Thousand Arms (PS1) Sprite Submissions - SSBKing65 - 07-06-2025 Thank you for the tools, but the SheetMaker won't open, even after I used Jarfix. RE: Thousand Arms (PS1) Sprite Submissions - Barack Obama - 07-06-2025 I assume you are a windows user? If Jarfix doesn't work, it's usually because the jdk wasn't installed properly: https://www.reddit.com/r/javahelp/comments/jrhdwc/jarfix_not_working_properly_there_is_no_latest/ Deinstalling & reinstalling should fix it. RE: Thousand Arms (PS1) Sprite Submissions - SSBKing65 - 07-06-2025 Yep, Windows 10. I redownloaded Jarfix and did the setting path method, still doesn't work. RE: Thousand Arms (PS1) Sprite Submissions - Barack Obama - 07-07-2025 I don't think Jarfix is the problem here, I would deinstall / reinstall Java itself. Jdk24 (Java Development Kit), which is just the regular Java that the tool uses: https://www.oracle.com/de/java/technologies/downloads/ If deinstall / reinstall doesn't work here, I have no solution for this. RE: Thousand Arms (PS1) Sprite Submissions - SSBKing65 - 07-07-2025 Bomber Ghost/Grand Bomb Evil Crystal Marion Robot Dageking RE: Thousand Arms (PS1) Sprite Submissions - SSBKing65 - 07-10-2025 Jeala One of the most tragic characters in RPG history! Jeala's just a pawn in Schmidt's abusive relationship and I wish she had gotten a happy ending, at least the manga treated her better.
