Noticed today that two of my submissions have this bright red border around them, and keep getting ignored while my other submissions go through without problem. I've never seen this happen before. Is this some kind of error that needs resolving on my end?

If they have the same quality as your other rips, I don't see an issue with them. Icon is there, naming is fine and sheet probably too.
Btw there are also two rips for Tales of Phantasia (SNES) pending (not by me, though). Makes me wonder what's up with these, they're hanging there for months now.
Maybe write a PM to a mod, they could've been overlooked.
