Because I've tried and failed to make.

Here are some guidelines that I encourage to read before you make a sprite of a "Small" Mario/Luigi/Toad:

Don't add new colors, replace old colors with new colors, or remove old colors.
Toad is already in his "Super" form, as is Mario and Luigi.
Make those "Small" forms "16x16" or some size similar to that.
