The palette comes from a tweet that rare made back in 2015, the colors were correct on the image so I just assumed that was his palette, especially since the sign in the sprite has what looks like the same palette that the other ones in the game have.

I re-ripped Angelica, as I found her proper sprites without artifacts. I have also already dumped most of the enemies sprites, so I'll be fixing what's on the site, mainly the sheets for Big Blag, General Vermin, Grunty, Rabid Roodolph and Scammy.

These are the best this series has looked. Nice job ripping!

Does the Dark Queen not actually appear as a boss?

Sadly, that hologram is all she appears in. Also, the links to the cheat files won't work. (Why did the idiot use Sendspace? It's been known to suck as a file hosting site)

I ended updating the Grunty sheet to include the mace version. I think all that's left is to update and merge the Giblet and Wrenchie sheets.

Alrighty, Sendspace is back up and downloaded the cheat files. Now then. Do I make a folder for them in where I have my MAME, and how do they work?
